How long does it take to receive my digital portrait?
Your proof will be emailed to you within 2–5 days of placing your order. Once approved, your final high-resolution files are sent straight to your inbox.
Do you send physical prints?
No — all portraits are delivered digitally by email. This means you can print your portrait at home, through an online print service, or at a local print shop.
What photos work best?
Clear, high-quality photos with good lighting give the best results. Try to choose a picture where your pet’s face and features are sharp.
How do you create the portraits?
We use a mix of creative tools to make each portrait special. AI helps us build the base, but then we carefully refine the artwork using Procreate, Canva, Photoshop, and other editing software. This way, every portrait is polished, detailed, and unique — never just a quick filter.
What file format will I receive?
You’ll receive your portrait as high-resolution JPEG and PNG files, perfect for printing, framing, or sharing online.
Can I request revisions after receiving my portrait?
Yes, we offer one free revision to ensure your satisfaction.
Can I give a portrait as a gift?
Absolutely! Our portraits make thoughtful gifts for pet lovers. You can order on their behalf, or surprise them by printing and framing the digital artwork once it’s complete.
Do you offer refunds?
As this is a personalised digital product, we cannot offer refunds once the final files have been delivered. However, if you’re not happy with your proof, we’ll work with you on small adjustments before final approval.
Can I include more than one pet?
Yes! Multiple pets can be added to a single portrait for an additional fee. Just upload clear photos of each pet when ordering.
Can I add my pet’s name or a message?
Yes — we can include your pet’s name, dates, or a short phrase in the portrait. Simply add this request when placing your order.
Do you offer memorial portraits?
Yes — our Rainbow Memorial Style is a beautiful way to honour a beloved pet. You can also request angel wings or a halo if you wish.
Will my photos be kept private?
Yes. Your photos are only used to create your portrait and are never shared without your permission. When you place an order, we may ask if we can share your finished portrait on our social media — but that’s completely up to you. We take your privacy very seriously.
