Refund and Returns Policy

At Pawtrait Moments, every portrait is made with love and care to capture the unique personality of your pet. Since our products are digital files, they work a little differently to physical items when it comes to refunds and returns.

Digital Downloads – No Returns

Once your portrait has been created and delivered, it can’t be “returned” like a physical product. For this reason, we’re unable to offer refunds if you:

Change your mind
Purchase by mistake
Have issues downloading caused by your own device or internet connection

Our Promise to You

Your happiness matters to us. If something doesn’t look right with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your portrait.

If we’ve made a mistake (e.g. wrong file, missing details), we’ll put it right quickly at no extra cost.
Small tweaks and adjustments may be available if you’re not 100% happy with the finished piece.
A full refund will only be given if we’re unable to deliver your portrait at all.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, as long as we haven’t started creating your portrait yet.
